Write immediately to Lancashire County Council, P.O.Box 78, County Hall, Fishergate, PRESTON, Lancashire, PR1 8XJ, expressing your objection to the scheme. Don’t put it off. Don’t just sign a petition and think that that will do. The more individuals that write, the more likely that LCC will refuse the application.
